About Us

We are a family owned business, running several divisions which operate in the corporate and retail sectors. We focus on providing high-quality products and a customer service standard which helps differentiate us from the competition.

Living up to high customer expectations is at the heart of everything we do, which has allowed us to evolve and adapt over the years, making us the reliable business partner and trusted supplier we are today.

History

Crusader started in the late 80's operating in the IT sector, providing mainframe software to corporate clients. Over the years we have created custom software solutions, in-house operating software and more recently modern database and e-commerce systems.

Evolving throughout the course of the technology revolution, we have proved time and again that we can meet changing customer requirements, and build successful long term relationships.

Branching out into the retail sector over a decade ago provided us with new opportunities and challenges. Our technical background helped provide a solid base, from which we have grown our retail division into a successful online operation.

Environment

Being family owned gives us a focus on the important things, and we want to preserve our environment for future generations.

We reduce energy usage via solar panels and LED lighting, reuse clean packaging, recycle waste, and strive to source products and services from local suppliers.

We are always looking for new ways to be cleaner and greener.

Community

We care about our responsibility to the local area (Ruddington and Nottingham). We work with local Schools & Colleges to provide work experience and apprenticeships, as well as using business services from local companies, helping support the local economy.

We even work closely with the local council at Christmas time to make sure the village looks festive. Feel free to come and view Oxford House (our head office) in Ruddington after dark and you'll see what we mean – we're quite the talk of the village.

Transparency

We publish feedback and reviews from clients and customers across our divisions. Reviews are independently collected by a third-party, published in full without amendments, and cover our products & services.

We also routinely provide references and case studies upon request.
